A modern day knight drives a hippo to work and that hippo it drives him home. A sledge hammer quake through a stalactite of ice was enough of a strength to fall Rome. Chorus: Hooray for the modern day knights. They are so damn hard to find. Cause their race has been thinned by the bourbon and wine and their probably debating the worms in their minds that entered through rust eaten holes in their helms. They could save anyone, but they cant save themselves. A modern day knight keeps his loyalties in mind as his dinners cooked by microwaves. It's been so hard to stand, the funk prince has been stabbed by a waitress with milky white fangs. (Chorus) If you hold the heart of a modern day knight, it will probably burn through your hands and if it touches the floor then its useful no more so they wrap them with large rubber bands. (Chorus)

Stand and watch the circles without an invitation as a stationed apparition at the best. A crudely painted portrait of a water colored face mask with eyes behind that burned straight through our chests. And the sensation was like a strawberry fight at the funeral of a farmer who had grown them all his life. When he learned that he was poisionously ripe, he filled his trusty combine in the night and he rode to the county line. Ride, Ride, Ride. Electric studded impulse between our epidermises was lighting up my dick, but not my brain. A petting zoo without fur we're naked shivering hamsters looking for a sandpaper mistake. And the sensation was like a credit card fight at the funeral of an accountant who had added up his life. When he learned that he could add, but not divide. He stole his favorite car from his x-wife and he rode to the county line. Ride, Ride, Ride. There's one thing to do when it gets too full. Grab yourself a needle and gouge a hole. It's going to explode with a bursting pop. Ride and you ride and you just don't stop.

Clear your mind from working over time. Excavate those wicked troglodytes and if you don't know, then I won't cloud your mind. Know that I'm real. As real as I can feel. And I don't even know what that word means. I never understood the feeling thing. Chorus: Maybe I'm right. Maybe we're lovers come back to life to re-find each other. Maybe you're right. Maybe it's over. I should have learned 120 years ago. Maybe you're wrong. Maybe forever, I have been damned to pursue this endeavor. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I'm desperate 6 billion people 1000 years can find her yet. I could only wish to be an orchid in your chest, but if you want a cactus then I'll try to do my best. Held you to me the other night in a realm that I derived. Your kicking and your stickiness gave peace to sleep deprived. And I'm so used to laying there with deserts in my eyes and armageddon lullabies. (Chorus)

Slip out of my shoes, backpack, stuck between the ground and my neck. kamikaze branches falling. Hear the warning of the sirens calling. They're calling us home to safety. So nice to see that the sky is vomiting green. The animals are trained like humans who are trained as domesticated mammals. I don't know what you mean, I do not understand, I'm absolutely sure you said everything you meant. And then we stayed our faiths with chains to race in some betting game. It's all right, the faith was ours anyways. Slip out of my shell, cocoon, maybe I left it too soon. Amniotic memories are fading, been replaced with this endless craving. There's a parasite playground inside us. The more we graze, our fibers just can't retain. The animals are trained by humans who are trained as domesticated mammals. I don't know what you mean, I do not understand, but I'm absolutely sure you said everything you meant. And then we stayed our faiths to race in some gambling game. It's all right, the faith was ours anyways.

Out in the Midwest, the hearts are restless, they end up buried in the land. The land is fertile, but it seems a futile hunt when all the ones I love have up and ran. Moved to the southwest to straight escape this there's no more winter on her ears. But even if there was, I'd try to warm them up, but I'm no competition for the sun or the mountains, the coke or money or the beautiful people. I tried to love you in this average Midwest scene. You couldn't fathom my average Midwest dreams. So leave me or love me, but don't you leave me loving you and wondering the way it will end or begin again. Whiskey bottle in kitchen on the floor near the place where I tried to take my soul and it's happening more and more and more. Circumstance. Two years from now you can tell your friends how you met this crazy long haired man who you could never really ever understand. Circumstance. You can tell them how he said that he loved you how you never really thought that it was true, but underneath it all I know you knew. Circumstance. Whiskey bottle in the bedroom on the floor where I go when I'm alone and it's happening more and more and more. Circumstance. Out in the Midwest, the hearts are restless, the mouths say things they shouldn't have. I told you I love you and how I meant it too. I still would love to be your man. Told me you loved me and changed your story I think you're lying to yourself. We never had a chance to have a fair romance it's in the box and on the shelf or the table and every moment I just want to open it. I'm taking you out for the last time tonight. So put your braids up you little ghost in my mind. The proof is in the pudding, the pudding is in my head. Hint of pistachio ethanol breath. I have found. I have found. A stranger to pay for this round. And I'm thanking him gladly, while inside I'm sadly, thinking of thoughts that I wish I had lost. Your body is gone, but you never did leave. I'm kicking you out once I finish this drink. Couldn't you read the fortune tattooed on your back. Ride like a cowgirl derailed from my track. I have found. I have found. A place that is safe for me now. Deep within myself midst a star-mangled shroud, nothing gets in just like nothing gets out. Experimentation with pickled cremations left dead things alive way to long. So I have concluded with nothing excluded that studies like this are just wrong. I'm staring at the party, twitching on the floor, they've got red kidney punch with black velvet decor. I have found. I have found. A cave in a hill in a town. I'm sleeping on air direct from my lungs climbing a ladder with only one rung. And now I sleep in the comfort of drunk jealousy. I know that it eats me and i let it defeat me, but he's still no damn good for my crystalline queen.

Time 02:11
Somewhere time breaks down and forces us to navigate through the purples and the blues. The ones who would steal the shoes of the ones who always loose. Well the barefoot they will win because the know how to live again. Somewhere time breaks down and it forces us to navigate through the yellows and the reds. Those who would force an end by absorbing all they can. Well those creatures the will win because their outs are the same as their ins. Somewhere time breaks down and it forces us to navigate between the shrapnel and the booze. Its forcing us to choose between the battle or the truce, but neither side will win they'll just start it and stop it again.
